Efficient study time
In order for us to know exactly what your child needs to achieve their goal, we are happy to offer a professional Learning Level Analysis (see an example here) in the relevant subject at the begining of our work together. This analysis will show us where strengths and weaknesses lie. This approach saves time and money and tends to have a motivating effect on the child.
Trial lesson at home
Set up a trial lesson at your home or at a location of your choice. Afterwards, let us know if you need any adjustments made and decide whether our learning relationship with your child should continue.
Always informed
After each lesson, you will receive a short Lesson Report (see an example here) via email. Provided in the email is information on your child’s current learning status and learning behavior as well as the agreed upon homework. A plan for the next lesson is also provided. This way you are always up to date!

With joy to success at school
Stronger together
In line with the principle of pulling together, you will find out where your child stands after each lesson using the lesson log. At your request, we will also be happy to contact other specialist teachers or therapists. With the information gained from this, learning time can be used even more efficiently.
Free initial consultation
Every child is unique! We are always ready to listen to your concerns and will be happy to advise you free of charge in an initial consultation. You benefit from our many years of experience as public school teachers in the Swiss school system.
Learning through movement
During lessons, your child consolidates newly learned content with small movement games. This will keep them focused and increase their motivation to learn. You can find several ideas for at home learning on the Schulebewegt homepage.
No obligations
We are convinced that learning progress depends on various factors. That’s why you decide every week whether to continue, pause or end the learning relationship. The only condition: An agreed lesson must be canceled with the teacher at least 24 hours in advance.

- Specify the desired days and time slots for your child and we will be happy to introduce you to the available teachers.

Learning level analysis
We take a closer look
Would you like a professional assessment of your child’s learning progress in math or German? Has your child’s school performance deteriorated unexpectedly? Is the decision to move up a level imminent?
In all these cases, we recommend a Learning Level Analysis (example) We use our standardized test procedures to analyze your child’s current learning level. Based on the findings of the analysis, we develop individual learning goals for your child, which can be worked on in a targeted manner from the first tutoring session. We also define possible exercises to do at home, which you as parents or a tutor can use with your child. With this approach, we can use the additional learning time invested by your child exactly where it will achieve the greatest learning success.

When is a learning level analysis recommended?
If your child’s school performance has deteriorated unexpectedly, if there is a suspicion of a learning disability that has not yet been recognized, such as dyscalculia or dyslexia, or if a decision is imminent to transfer to the next level.
What is the benefit of teaching at home?
Your child learns at home in a familiar environment. This allows them to focus more quickly on achieving their individual learning goals. It also saves the child the time and expense of traveling there and back.
Will my child always be taught by the same teacher?
Yes, we are convinced that a good and constant learning relationship contributes significantly to learning progress. If your child does not feel comfortable with the choice, we will find a new solution together.
What teaching times are available?
You tell us the days and times you would like your lessons to take place. Lessons can also take place at weekends or off-peak times. As soon as we have found the right teacher for your child, we will let you know the possible dates.
Will my child be given homework?
Regular practice is also part of learning success. If you agree, our teachers will give you an appropriate amount of homework until the next deadline.
How are the lesson minutes delivered?
Within 24 hours of the tutoring session you will receive a short report by e-mail on your child’s current learning status and learning behavior.
